CA Rahul Lalwani is a Co-Founder of Rahul Lalwani & Company. A B.Com graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant, Rahul is a practising CA with hands-on experience across accounting, taxation, GST, audit, finance, compliance, and business advisory.
He started the firm with a clear conviction: the typical CA-client relationship in India is built around compliance, when it should be built around outcomes. Every engagement under his leadership is structured the same way — own the numbers, own the deadlines, own the decisions.
Rahul personally leads the firm's Virtual CFO practice, working closely with founders of MSMEs, startups, and growth-stage companies. His clients describe him as the rare advisor who is equally comfortable in a tax assessment and a fundraising discussion — and equally accountable for both.

Surbhi Lalwani is a Co-Founder of Rahul Lalwani & Company. She brings a deep operational discipline to the practice, ensuring that every client engagement is executed with precision, timeliness, and the personal attention that defines the firm's reputation.
She leads the firm's client operations, compliance workflows, and internal process architecture — the systems that allow a growing practice to deliver consistently without losing the human touch. Her clients value her ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps, and her insistence that no deadline is missed and no detail is overlooked.
Together with CA Rahul Lalwani, she has shaped the firm's culture: client-first, outcome-oriented, and built on the belief that trust is earned one filing, one conversation, and one delivered promise at a time.
